Tool Management

The tool management included in ASA-AMOffice© makes it easier for you to fulfill your documentation obligations. You can enter usage and runtimes for your created tools, eliminating the need to keep track of when each tool needs to be recalibrated. Furthermore, the overhaul and calibration of tools is monitored.

Electronic Signature

Starting with version 1.6.5, it is possible to store your signature in ASA-AMOffice© in order to directly sign various forms. sign.

This way, for example, to send signed forms by email, you don't have to first print them, sign them manually, scan them, and then send them. Instead, you can do this quickly and easily within AMOffice©.

It is important to note that this is only an electronic signature and not a digital signature according to PKI procedures.

LEON

In addition to our own online logbook, we also offer an interface to LEON.

Leon is a flight scheduling software that offers web-based solutions for sales, crew, operations, and maintenance. You'll also find fleet planning for flight schools and charter companies.

Using Leon's export function, you can easily import your current operating times into ASA-AMOffice©. You don't need to keep track of the times twice or laboriously type them in.

ASA-AMOffice© uses PostgreSQL as its database management system by default. This is a professional database management system that is completely free and requires no licenses.

Limited Aircraft Edition

ASA Datec Datensysteme GmbH offers the Limited Aircraft Edition of ASA-AMOffice© for small companies, clubs, and private individuals. This version is particularly affordable due to its limitation to a maximum of 9 aircraft.

The full version of ASA-AMOffice© is available for larger companies or clubs with more than 9 aircraft.

Customers currently using the testversion of ASA-AMOffice© can, of course, easily switch to the Limited Aircraft Edition.

Test Version

So that you can try out ASA-AMOffice©, we offer a test version. However, the test version does not have all the features of the full version and is time-limited.

If you later If you decide to purchase the full version of ASA-AMOffice©, updating your license is easy. The data from your test version will be retained.
