LTBOffice^© 1.3 basic software modules

LTBOffice^© 1.3.1. comes with the following software modules:

Customer information management
Customer informations can be managed with LTBOffice^©. You can not only manage the name an the address. You can handle as many addresses and contacts as you wish. Synchronisation with other applications such as order processing software is planned.

Device type management
With this service you can manage the device types which are mandatory for aircraft data and LTA's/ TM's/ SB's.

Aircraft management
All informations about an aircraft can be managed here. All components and assemblies (engine, propeller, seatbelts etc.) and the appendant data such as compliance time. Also regular scheduled maintenance events can be recorded here. Other service of LTBOffice^© depend on this. With a quick view you can see all the mandatory maintenance events for all componets and assemblies. Needless to say that you can inherit these data from any aircraft you have created before in LTBOffice^©.

Work report / Maintenance
LTBOffice^© creates works orders automatically for you. If there are mandatory maintenance events for an aircraft, LTA's/TM's/SB's which become due or regular maintenance is to do, these measures (working time monitoring)can be taken over in any report. With these data to the hand you can calculate the required working hours.
A transfer option for your data into an enterprise resource planning software is projected. With new printout Discrepancy Report (work card) it's possible to give out an work card for every position in work report.

Work report with part numbers
In this module, work reports can be created. The installed and dismantled part numbers are being registered. They can be transferred/applied to the aircrafts' components. This allows tracking of part numbers form another point. If run duration limits at an aircraft are exceeded, LTAs / TMs / SBs with recurring intervals are due for treatment, or recurring maintenance (monitoring of operation times) are pending, then these actions can be transferred to the report automatically. In addition the calculation of required working times can be done here. This may provide a basis for preparing an offer. With new printout Discrepancy Report (work card) it's possible to give out an work card for every position in work report.

Part number tracking
All aircrafts that were fed into the software can be searched for installed part numbers as long as the part numbers were entered either in the module work report with part number, or at the positions of an aircraft. Aircrafts that are affected by a given part number, can be listed and printed out combined with the owner's data. This list can be exported in various formats, to provide a basis e.g. for serial letters to notify the aircrafts' owners.

Overview of AD's and SB's
This software module is the complete solution for any activity about Airworthiness Directions, EASA AD's, TM's and Service Bulletins. It is possible to automatically generate an overview of LTA's, AD's, TM's, and SB's just on the basis of type and work number of any plane or component. Therefore only appropriate AD's and SB's are found, which is shorten your processing time. By pressing the "Text"-Button you will actually see the original text of the selected AD, SB, engeneering specifications or NfL II. All clearance of mandatory maintenance are monitored.

Document tracking (CAMO+)
In this module you can determine for every LTA, EASA AD, SB, or technical note, if it applies to any of the aircrafts you administer with this software. Of course you can open and print the original document out of this module. The aircrafts that are concerned by a given document are listed combined with the owner's data. These lists can be printed out, or exported into various formats, to provide a basis e.g. for serial letters to notify the aircrafts' owners. (CAMO+)

Monitoring and overview of operation time
The operation times of the components as well as of the whole plane are monitored here and can be set and/or recalculated. You can create, edit and print an overview of that data.

STC Overview
Like the AD's and SB's LTBOffice^© also can automatically generate an overview of STC just an the basis of type an work number of any plane or component. The informations for this software module are maintained and updated by ASA Datec Datensysteme GmbH.

Wordforms
With LTBOffice^© having an open architecture you can edit or build your own forms in Microsoft Word® With the Wordformeditor you can interrelate your own word forms with the software and you can take over the data from LTBOffice^© in this.
Interaction with "LTA-Service" / "Luftfahrt-Informations-Center" With LTBOffice^© comes an interface to communicate with our product "LTA-Service" respectively the follow up software "Luftfahrt-Informations-Center".
Where data is used which concerns to data used in the forementionend software (AD's, SB's, engineering specifications etc.) the original document can be viewed by the press of a button.
